Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- (Optional- 1 tsp sugar)
- Approx ¾ C warm water
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
- In the center, slowly mix in approximately 3/4 cup of warm water.
Do not over mix. Overmixing can create tough Bannock! - Form flat round pieces and add to hot oil.
- Fry til golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from oil and let cool, Enjoy!
