The Riverstone Home/Mobile Detox Program provides culturally safe wrap-around services to support clients to undergo detox closer to home, and whenever possible, in their communities. Withdrawal management services provide short-term medical supervision and support to individuals who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms associated with their discontinued use of alcohol/other drugs.

Riverstone serves First Nations communities and clients in the Fraser East region, including the Mission to Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows corridor.

Referrals to the program can be made by individuals, family members, physicians, hospital withdrawal management facilities, or other service providers, via the toll free number.

Adult Counselling for adults who are wanting help and support around substance use issues. The Youth and Family Program offers confidential counselling, school support, prevention, early intervention and referrals to detox and residential treatment.

First Response Youth Addiction Outreach Program

The First Response Youth Addiction Outreach Program, a partnership between PCRS and the Fraser Region Aboriginal Friendship Centre Association (FRAFCA), provides addiction outreach services to at-risk, vulnerable youth under the age of 19. These young people are provided services that may decrease their substance use and addiction. Services are provided seven days a week with morning and evening shifts in Surrey.
