FRC is a community counselling service operated by the students and faculty of the Master of Arts Counselling Psychology program at Trinity Western University. FRC offers a broad range of low-cost counselling services for the community.

  • Provide counselling to children and youth (ages 5 – 17) who are identified by Langley RCMP because of involvement in delinquent or pre-delinquent behaviours.

    • Provide counselling to children and youth (ages 5 – 17) who are identified by Langley community partners because of disruptive behaviour problems.

    • Include parents/guardians in the counselling for the purpose of supporting and assisting their role in creating a positive, responsible lifestyle for the children.

Helps people on conditional release in the Fraser Valley find work. Under this contract, we also assist with resume writing, job retention skills, career action plans, skills and abilities assessment, labour market information and work experience placement.
